Processing is based on Contract Performance (delivering your CV), Legitimate Interest (security & fraud prevention), and Legal Obligations (financial audits under Nigerian law).
4. AI Processing Disclosures
AI technology (OpenAI API) generates structured CV content. User data submitted via the API is not used to train public LLM models, and API logs are retained for up to 30 days for operational safety.
