1. Single CV Purchase (₦500)
If payment is completed but CV generation fails due to a system error, an immediate full refund or re-generation is provided. Successfully delivered documents are non-refundable.
2. Monthly Access (₦2,000)
Monthly Access provides 30 calendar days of access. Unused time within an active cycle is non-refundable once accessed, except in prolonged service outages.
3. Technical Failure Guarantees
