1. Service Description
ApplyCraft ("Service"), operated by Qucen ("Company", "we", "us"), provides automated, AI-assisted CV generation and formatting services via WhatsApp interaction and web platforms.
2. Eligibility & WhatsApp Interaction
To use ApplyCraft, you must be at least 18 years of age. The Service operates primarily through the WhatsApp messaging application.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
₦500 — Single CV: Grants one single CV creation. ₦2,000 — Monthly Access: Grants 30 consecutive calendar days of unlimited creation and editing. Access expires after 30 days unless manually renewed.
4. AI Technology & ATS Compatibility
CV templates follow linear Applicant Tracking System (ATS) guidelines. ApplyCraft does not guarantee 100% ranking, parsing success, or selection by third-party recruitment software or employers. Users are responsible for verifying generated details.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved via informal support at support@qucen.co or Nigerian courts/mediation.
